The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. Downstairs, there is an apartment consisting of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment has its own spacious living room with satellite TV.  The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standards with quality furniture and satellite TV.  

The sun terrace with private heated pool is well provided with sun loungers and umbrellas.
