This was our second visit this year,wish we had found the apartment's earlier. Everything was as good as the last time, good maid service and pool area was kept clean.This is classed as budget but that's not a put off ,we've been in 3* accommodation and it's not been any better,we will be back that's for sure...

Princesa Ico is a delightful little complex of just 16 one bedroom apartments and is just across the road from Club Oceano and you are entitled to use the facilities over there and they have a pool bar. This is also where the reception for Princesa Ico is located. All apartments benefit from a south facing sunny patio or balcony and a view overlooking the pool. The large balconies have table and chairs, which are ideal for outside dining. The pool area is spacious, clean with plenty of sun loungers. We were there for four weeks and most of the time the pool area was empty but you did get the few that came who put their towels down and went out for the day. Accommodation comprises of bedroom with twin beds , bathroom with a good shower, a living room with open plan modern kitchen with oven with grill, hob, fridge , kettle and toaster. The apartments were cleaned 3 times a week when the towels were changed and bedding changed once per week. All have safes which you have to hire so for 4 weeks it was only 24 euros with a refundable 10 euro deposit. You can hire fans and hairdryers. Early communications via email advising where to get the keys if you arrive when reception is closed was straight forward and we found the staff on reception all very friendly also the cleaning staff. We would have no hesitation on going back as we had a lovely time there.

Good location, nice sized apartments, complex small and quiet. Sister apartment over the road had the bar/restaurant, music around the pool and seemed busier.

Couldn’t fault anything. This is the third time we’ve been here and are returning twice more before the end of this year. Near the bars and restaurants and perfectly situated.

The reception staff were excellent and very friendly, nice and quiet and very relaxing. Both sites were very clean.

The complex was quiet and relaxing. The room was compact and has a generous terrace area. We were on the ground floor which was handy for the pool. I think the lounge would benefit from a lamp as the overhead lights are bright. The tv was not great and in the wrong position in the room we had to move the couch. I will definitely book again.

Very nice accommodation let down slightly with the issues with the English TV, reception staff tried very hard to help but I think Head Office need to get this resolved, also some extra cooking equipment required such as measuring jug, casseroles dish with lid and shelf in oven and a baking tray would stay for longer if these issues were resolved

Location, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of beds around the pool.
Our flight was delayed which meant we were arriving after reception was closed. We really appreciated the pro-active approach by Ocean Club who emailed us the out of hours check in instructions and when we arrived in the apartment they’d also left us a key for the safe. This thoughtfulness was lovely after a long and stressful day.
Hairdryers are available to rent - brilliant when travelling hand luggage only.

Stayed here so many times like the peace and quiet and location

Perfect apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. No aircon which wasn’t a problem as we stayed in December but may be an issue in height of summer. Well equipped.

The room was great, had all we needed except Aircon, but we knew this before we left, we hired a fan which done the job, the pool was clean but very cold, but once in we managed,
Would definitely recommend and would come back, reception staff were very helpful, sorted our return taxi for us too,
Location was great, a slight hill to the main strip which was about a 5-10 minute walk, close enough to get to but without the noise staying close by,

The stay was excellent from start to finish , the apartment was really clean & it was situated in a good spot . It was lovely & quiet , lots of lounger's around the pool . Will definitely be back x

Punctuality with which problems are solved. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Cleaners always polite and try to understand my poor Spanish. Receptionist are so fluent in languages. Happy staff in club and good food.

Lovely little apartment in well kept grounds, pool loungers were plentiful and the pool was clean although chilly. Apartment met all of our requirements and was quieter than the larger Oceana complex.

If you're looking for a lovey apartment, spotless, everything you need in it, nice pool, quiet location, yet only 7 minutes down to the strip, then Princesa Ico is your spot. I will definitely be returning.

Apartment was spacious and clean. We didn’t eat in or cook whilst there but there was everything there that you would need. The pool area and grounds were immaculate. Staff at the bar over the road helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend, was in a great position close to all amenities

Staff in bar and restaurant are really friendly. Very helpful receptionist. Cleaners are constantly cleaning.

Accommodation was so clean and of a good standard. Keys to the gated area make it feel very secure. I presume additional keys can be requested if needed. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had been refurbished and very modern and spacious. Pool area was spotless and sunbeds were plentiful. Maid was so attentive and pleasant. Deposit needed for hairdryer which was acceptable and charges for safe which is standard. Great place to stay with supermarket 5 mins walk and strip/beach a few mins more. Old town easily accessed through streets and easy 15 mins walk away.
Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Stayed at these self catering apartments on 6 occasions since 2014. Always enjoyed our stay. Four times in spring and twice in autumn. The freak hot weather of Oct 2023 was just too much for me. PDC residents reported that this Oct was hotter than July. Always found Princess Ico staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The newly refurbished apartments have all you could need. Clean, today and plenty of room for 2 people.

Second time staying and loved this time as well. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Apartments are spacious and modern. Excellent water pressure in the walk in shower. Love that we can use facilities in both Princesca Ico and Club Oceana. Also short walk to beach and strip.
