The complex was quiet and relaxing. The room was compact and has a generous terrace area. We were on the ground floor which was handy for the pool. I think the lounge would benefit from a lamp as the overhead lights are bright. The tv was not great a

Location, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of beds around the pool.
Our flight was delayed which meant we were arriving after reception was closed. We really appreciated the pro-active approach by Ocean Club who emailed us the out of hours check in instructions and when we arrived in the apartment they’d also left us a key for the safe. This thoughtfulness was lovely after a long and stressful day.
Hairdryers are available to rent - brilliant when travelling hand luggage only.

The pillows. They were too hard and flat for me although my husband said they were OK for him.

Perfect apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. No aircon which wasn’t a problem as we stayed in December but may be an issue in height of summer. Well equipped.

Lovely little apartment in well kept grounds, pool loungers were plentiful and the pool was clean although chilly. Apartment met all of our requirements and was quieter than the larger Oceana complex.

No hairdryer in apartment but you can get one from reception if required I believe .

Accommodation was so clean and of a good standard. Keys to the gated area make it feel very secure. I presume additional keys can be requested if needed. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had been refurbished and very modern and spacious. Pool area was spotless and sunbeds were plentiful. Maid was so attentive and pleasant. Deposit needed for hairdryer which was acceptable and charges for safe which is standard. Great place to stay with supermarket 5 mins walk and strip/beach a few mins more. Old town easily accessed through streets and easy 15 mins walk away.
Would highly recommend and will stay again.

The apartments are nice and sunny and light. The last time we stayed at Club Oceano in apartment 19. Say no more! A vast improvement and nicely refurbished.

The only real downside is lack of WiFi. Having to pay for it or keep buying drinks in the bar is archaic It should be included in this day and age.

Enjoyed our stay at the Princesa Ico recently upper floor apartment I believe recently updated modern and clean. Added benefit of being able to use the facilities in the sister apartments across the street Club Oceano with bar restaurant and heated pool. Quiet location but very close to the main street for entertainment. Friendly and efficient staff always on hand we will be returning later in the year.

If I had to be extremely picky a microwave in the apartment would have been handy as self catering but that is just my personal choice everything else was spot on.

I liked the location and the apartment was nice and bright, clean and modern, the view from the balcony was nice too, the complex was quite when we were there, the pool area was small but big enough for the amount of apartments and had plenty of sun loungers, but people still got up early to put their towels on them for the day!! And in some cases took the loungers either side of the one they were using

I last stayed here a couple of years back having previously rented villas and apartments at Club Oceano from yourselves. Princesa Ico proved at that time in need of some serious TLC which I’m pleased to say has been given with a complete modernisation of the apartments.
Reception was efficient as ever as was UK support for completing Spanish covid entry documents

The new apartments are lovely, clean and bright with everything you need except a teapot which you can ask for and they bring. Any faults and the maintenance staff are straight on to it once reported.

The television is useless only 4channels in English, and a curtain between main room and bedroom like there used to be, for privacy. Also a few more coat hangers would be nice.

Right from when we arrived the receptionist welcomed us warmly and gave us detailed information for everything we would need to know during our stay. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she is a superb host and one of the friendliest hosts I have ever come across. We had previously stayed in Club Oceano and this time stayed in Princesa Ico. Both locations are A1 in class however we loved Princesa Ico as it has been newly refurbished and is a smaller location in size. Accomodation is a short walk to the strip and we would have no hesitancy in booking another stay in either location. Refreshing to stay in a place where there are absolutely no complaints

We stayed 3 weeks in ICO. We had a warm welcome from the girls at the reception. They were very kindly. They had answers for all our questions. We stayed in app. No 44. It was for us the best place. We had a vieuw at the pool, the sun and the ocean. It was 300 m from the strip and beach. Three times a week the friendly girls came for cleaning the appartement. Complimenten for all the employers. Everything was fantastic for us. Thank you all.

Just returned from a wonderful 12 days at the Princesa Ico (3-15 Sept 19). The apartments are so quiet and peaceful but it's less than a five minute stroll to the Spar and a little further down hill where you are in the thick of loads of restaurants and shops to the rightleft - and the glorious promenade. This is the first holiday in Lanzarote where neither of us have had back pain. The bed mattresses are memory foam - so comfy - and the sunbeds are brand new and not your usual bog-standard plastic ones - all rickety and collapsing on you. God bless the maids who work tirelessly, with towels changed every three days, bed linen once during our stay and always plenty of loo rolls. The towels are a proper size, thick and absorbent and not one bed sheet was threadbare. Everything felt clean - no tacky surfaces anywhere. Girls on reception at the Oceana lovely and helpful too. The apartment was a great size for the two of us and the sun hits each apartment all day long - which was just what we wanted. We thought it was great value for money and we will be back.

but that suited us we would have preferred the club oceana but due to the ironman contest we had to settle for the ico. this was no problem we used eth oceana for food and drinks, as we have stayed the every year. cannot fault the staff as they we very polite and sociable as they are every year.

Spacious apartments in a central location less than 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and the old town.

Extremely tranquil and private setting with more than enough sun beds around the pool.

Clean and staff are extremely friendly. Apartments feel secure with a locked gate closing the complex off to non residents. It was good to use Club Oceano’s facilities as well.

As always, and we have stayed here many times, the friendliness and efficiency of all staff - home office, reception, cafe and cleaning and maintenance crews. We enjoy the location and orientation of Ico. We also appreciate the reliable presence of equipment, crockery, etc. We have seen criticism that safe, tv and wi-fi are not included but we like that as it leaves the option to not have them if one needs to keep the price down.

Not huge issues but to be picky (and you did ask!) - more and better pillows and possibly more comfortable sofa and chair.

Convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the beach and the main strip. 10 minute walk to Lidl´s and the old town. No pool bar which suited us as this meant that the apartments were quiet. A 1 minute walk across the road to use a warmer pool and bar TV etc...We stayed here mainly for cycling. You can pick up the routes within 5 - 10 minutes of riding from the apartments. Would deffo stay here again.

Enjoyed Princesa Ico annexe - almost adults only, therefore, quiet and relaxing. Pleasant, friendly staff particularly the housekeeping staff who provided an excellent service.

Just back from 9 nights stay in princess ico we,very stayed in lots of appartments in pdc and these are up near the top .If it´s peace and quiet you want perfect we met lovely other guests.A big shout to the cleaning staff always had a smile and a ola hats off to them we stayed in no 53 which was perfect we would definitely return if we could get accommodation to suit our dates

Pillows are too soft a fan in the ceilingfree standing one we know you can hire them but we think with the way windows are placed they should be supplied as there is very little circulation. Just little things nothing major

It is generally tired and needs updating- we normally stay at Club Oceano so we knew what it would be like and believe it may be d after Oceano is completed - but it gave us what we needed and wanted.

Personally, I have stopped in many self catering apartments around the world and all had free WiFi and tvs. As many of the guests are returning guests, I think it should be free. I had noticed also from my last stay here, that reception is only open till 6pm. I think it should be 24 hours as many of the guests who stay at these apartments are elderly so if any problems should arise there is someone available to help.

These apartments are excellent value for money. Very private which we like, however there is the ability to use the busier sister complex next to it if desired. We sometimes had breakfast and drinks there.

Only slight fault - pillows not great but that is a very minor issue. Didn´t stop us having a fab time.

I am happy to hear that you found our staff and cleaners friendly and polite.

You have mentioned how the apartments are set up with the possibility of having 3 people in the apartment, but nowhere for the 3rd person to sleep. When the apartment is booked for 3 people we do supply a pull out bed that we set up and place in the lounge. We only have a certain amount of these beds and therefore they are in the rooms that have booked for a 3rd person and not left in every room.

Club Oceano 1 bedroom apts. Puerto del Carmen - Appartement

PLEASE NOTE: As part of our ongoing efforts to provide high quality accommodation we are going to be renovating the bar at our Club Oceano complex between June 6th and July 6th. During this time there will be a temporary bar serving drinks and there will be a reduced food service. On some of these days there may be noise and dust as a result of the refurbishment but we will do our best to keep this to a minimum. The reception team will still be available during this time. A 10% discount has been applied to affected days. Location • Distance from Airport – 15 minutes by Taxi • Distance to beach, restaurants, shops and bars – about 300 metres or 4 minutes’ walk. • Distance to ‘Old Town’ – about 750 metres or 10 minutes’ walk. Club Oceano is perfectly located in a quiet yet central part of Puerto del Carmen. It is just 300 metres to the beachfront promenade, so just a few minutes’ walk to the main beach, shops, restaurants and bars. For those who know Puerto del Carmen, it is conveniently located just up from the middle of the Los Fariones main beach. The Old Town is also only a short walk away and is a good way of sampling some of the local atmosphere with its many fish restaurants. You can see the exact location on our Google location map. There is a large pool with easy access via roman steps and a children’s pool, both of which are heated, both electrically and by solar heating. The swimming pools are low chloride fresh water infinity pools for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. There is a further sun terrace with beds and shades overlooking the pool area on a mezzanine level, with some lovely gardens filled with tropical plants. There is also a stylish poolside private bar with great food, flat screen satellite TVs, pool table and free internet access. The bar is a focal point of the complex where you can relax and have a drink, meal or snack by the infinity pool. Full reception services are at your disposal. Club Oceano continues to attract the same guests season after season, year after year and we are proud of this repeat business. The second living room can be used as a 3rd bedroom, making linked apartments very popular with large groups and suitable for larger families, with young children. We have apartments upstairs and downstairs. Many have sea views and nearly all overlook the pool. Please note that, although we do take requests for specific apartments or locations, we can never guarantee any specific apartment or location. A typical one bedroom apartment has a comfortable living room with sofa and armchair, leading onto an attractive patio or balcony with outside table and chairs. All apartments are fully set up for self-catering with fully fitted kitchens, including oven, four ring hob, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment. The bathrooms are modern and have a walk in shower, sink with marble surround and W.C. Beds in the bedroom can be made as double or twin and all bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. Maid service is included and there is a towel change once during the week and linen change once a week. Iron and ironing board is supplied. All apartments have a flat screen TV with access to English channels, including, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, a news channel and children’s channels. The TV is free. Each apartment has a safe.
