Only thing I can think of to improve would be a shopping cart as we didn’t have a car so that would have helped a lot rather than carry bags. I have seen this elsewhere I have stayed. Very minor flaw. Apart from that it was fantastic

The villa was clean and very well presented. We have stayed at a few villa's on Calle Grecia and this was probably the most well kept. The villa is close to all the amenities, beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The pool is very nice and most certainly vedi di più

Unusually, we had a an issue with no external lighting when we arrived such that the steps and pool were a bit hazardous. On notifying the reception, maintenance visited a couple of times and resolved. Looking forward to returning to one of these superb villas next Easter. |

Although nobody goes on holiday to watch TV there is a set top box that purports to show the UK terrestrial channels for BBC ITV etc but even though it appears to be tuned in there is no feed, a mild disappointment.

The only slight problem was for my Mum. She’s 78 and found it a little tricky getting up the steps from the the road door. She also struggled with getting in and out of the pool. We were on hand to help with this so it wasn’t a major issue. Maybe havedi di più

A small point but we had several evening barbeques which we fully enjoyed. However, there is no outside light near the brick built BBQ and had to use a torch to be able to cook. A light adjacent to the BBQ would be useful

The villa is beautifully decorated to a high standard and is in a great location very close to the main part of Puerto del Carmen but the area is very quiet. Cleaning of the villa was very frequent and thorough (we actually felt the cleaners came in too often!) but that shows the high standard provided by Ocean Club. Pammie and Faye are also fantastic and are always on hand to help out with any issue. Really recommend Ocean Club!

We had a 2 week stay at Villa Aphrodite. The location and facilities in the villa were excellent. The pool was very clean and plenty of sunbeds and parasols were provided. The response to any queries from Club Ocean was second to none.

Also, we were very well looked after on the day of our departure as we had to vacate the villa at 10am. We were taken to the Club Oceano apartment complex and had full use of the facilities for the day until we departed for the airport. Would definitely return again. |

Well WOW,WOW and WOW what a transformation..... We are a family of 7 ranging from 16 to 70 and it ticked all the boxes. The teenagers loved free WIFI and a massive TV. The grown ups just loved it all. The villa has undergone a total refurb and has been done to a very high standard inside and out. If you are looking for a relaxing villa to stay then this is it. A big plus is the air conditioning in the main lounge/dining area. Very clean maids every other day. The pool is cleaned every other day. The staff are very helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa for hire. Amazing !!!! |

The outside of the villa has been refurbished and is excellent. The location is superb, near to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. I believe this villa is to be refurbished and if its done to the standard of outside it will be perfect. Thevedi di più

The villa is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, towels changed regularly, pool cleaned often. When the renovation work is done I would choose this villa every year. Our party of 6 had a great holiday and Ocean Club were great to deal with.

The lack of air conditioning was a problem especially in the bedroom that had no windowsdoors. The fans supplied only circulated the hot air in the room. The bathrooms need to be brought more up to date and the removal of a washing machine in one batvedi di più
The lack of air conditioning was a problem especially in the bedroom that had no windowsdoors. The fans supplied only circulated the hot air in the room. The bathrooms need to be brought more up to date and the removal of a washing machine in one bathroom

Air Conditioning! I cannot believe that to spend over £2000 for a week away a villa would not have air conditioning. The villa itself is lovely (apart from the extremely uncomfortable sofa in the lounge). I would actually not book again unless air vedi di più

We generally book 1-2 villa holidays every year and the pool was the best we have had.

You did book online through our direct website and all the information on the villa is on there. It does not say any where on our website that the villa has air conditioning. There is a fan supplied for each bedroom. Part of the works that are going to be done inside the villa is to install air conditioning in the lounge/ kitchen at opposite ends of the villa. We hope to welcome you back to Ocean Club Holidays in the future. In December 2017 we finished a complete refurb of villa Apollo. Everything is brand new in it, including all the furniture. We now also have AC and ceiling fans installed. |

The villa Apollo which we stayed in is in process of being renovated we stayed for 2 weeks and while there happened to meet owners who talked me through there plans for inside villa and they seem very nice the outside already renovated and now have lights in pool which looks great at night.the reception ladys we´re amazing but Jessica was brilliant.not enough people praise people for doing there jobs great but are very quick to criticize when things go wrong so my daughter lost her favourite teddy in the mini cab on way to villa Jessica rang taxi firm at least 4 times chasing down theost sheep teddy and when she did track him down she drove out the airport and picked up the sheep and baught it back to a very thankful ,9 year old she was so happy and the reception team are a credit to your company thanks for great 2 weeks it will be aphridate villa for us next year as the Apollo will be dearer after all the money spent on him see you next year.

The location was perfect and quiet.

The most disturbance we encountered was when the wild parrots flew across our airspace, shouting out a greeting!! If you´ve had a hard year in work, this is a fantastic place to come to for a total unwind. The check in and key process was a breeze with Ocean Club, thanks for that as well x

Although this villa can sleep 8 we struggled to get enough hot water for 3 showers. Funiture tired & dated, master bathroom window broken & jammed open. Overall the decor is basic & dated.
