No problems visiting other resorts. Grounds are well kept and gardner always has a cheery smile and wave. Been here many many times before and will keep coming back for as long as possible.

We recently stayed in block 6 of these apartments with a beachfront view. It was beautiful to wake up and see the sea. The pool area is super clean, the water was perfect, both clean and a perfect temperature. It was quiet around the pool too so no sver mais
We recently stayed in block 6 of these apartments with a beachfront view. It was beautiful to wake up and see the sea. The pool area is super clean, the water was perfect, both clean and a perfect temperature. It was quiet around the pool too so no sunbed snatchers early on! All the grounds around the apartment's are well maintained and clean also. The housekeeping staff were lovely and helped keep our apartment sand free and clean throughout our stay. A couple of small issues were dealt with immediately (no kitchen plug or tea towels left one day) but after a quick email they were delivered within hours. One thing we did struggle with but that was our error and lesson learnt, was that these apartments don’t have aircon, being in Lanzarote in August it was sooo hot and we did struggle somewhat without it. However, these apartments aren’t advertised as having aircon so it’s our fault for not thinking about this.

Always clean, and all staff helpful and friendly, even the Gardner . The recently upgraded apartments are all amazing. Fans in the bedroom are the perfect additions.

Nothing really, A/C would be a bonus but we were supplied with fans so it took the heat out at night which was only the real time that we needed them as the sea breeze cooled us down during the day with the doors open.

The grounds are well kept and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We did have a cockroach visit us twice but they are harmless and didn´t bother us at all. The accommodation is close enough to all eminities and bus routes but far enough away to be extremely peaceful. We would most definitely recommend a stay here to anyone and will be returning ourselves!

PLEASE NOTE: As part of our ongoing efforts to provide high quality accommodation we are going to be renovating the bar at our Club Oceano complex between June 6th and July 6th. During this time there will be a temporary bar serving drinks and there will be a reduced food service. On some of these days there may be noise and dust as a result of the refurbishment but we will do our best to keep this to a minimum. The reception team will still be available during this time. Club Oceano is made up of 40 spacious apartments built in an L-shape around two heated swimming pools, a luxurious Jacuzzi and a large sun terrace, well stocked with sun loungers and sunshades. There is a large pool with easy access via roman steps and a children’s pool, both of which are heated, both electrically and by solar heating. The swimming pools are low chloride fresh water infinity pools for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. There is a further sun terrace with beds and shades overlooking the pool area on a mezzanine level, with some lovely gardens filled with tropical plants. There is also a stylish poolside private bar with great food, flat screen satellite TVs, pool table and free internet access.
