Description
Villas Delphi has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a large heated private pool. It has an excellent location very close to the sea/beach and yet in the quiet residential area in Puerto del Carmen, just 200 yards from coastal promenade with all its shops and restaurants. Villa Delphi has recently been completely refurbished (finished May 2019) to a very high standard, now boasting spacious and modern accommodation. The lounge is large and very comfortable with high end furniture, as well as air conditioning and heating. Good quality complimentary WIFI throughout the villa also allows you to enjoy a wide range of TV channels. The modern kitchen is fully fitted, including dish washer and washing machine. The dining room is bright and airy with picture window views of the swimming pool and ample solarium. The villa is very well decorated and lit throughout. The 3 bedrooms can all be made up as king-size double beds or as single beds, thus sleeping six adults comfortably. We can also supply cots or extra beds for children. Two luxury bathrooms complete the accommodation, one large en-suite to the master bedroom. Outside there is a large shaded area for outside dining. There is a BBQ area and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas around the electrically heated pool.

These wonderful villas are located in a prime elevated position just up the road from our main Club Oceano complex. These spacious villas are very close to the ever more popular old town fishing harbour and yet still within a 10 minute walk from the main beach and its promenade full of shops and restaurants. The villas, all south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, are very sheltered from the prevailing winds making them a real suntrap and ideal for sun worshippers. This four bedroom villa is built within a volcanic perimeter wall with gate and private car parking space. The walls surround colourful flower gardens and a large south facing terrace with comfortable sun-loungers; an ideal spot for sun worshippers. The terrace is also equipped with an attractive built-in-barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the perfect meal by the heated pool. If you do not feel like cooking, however, there is a good selection of restaurants just a short stroll away. The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge with attractive dome shaped ceiling and indirect lighting with separate dining area, very tastefully furnished throughout. There is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen which is very well equipped to include microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Satellite TV is also installed. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided. The villa has four double bedrooms with twin or double bed thus sleeping eight adults comfortably and we can also supply cots or extra beds for children. Three luxury bathrooms complete the accommodation, two ensuite, the third between the third and fourth bedroom.
